1.)  Why can’t I log in to mCourser.ph?  There is an error message during log in on mCourser.ph.  Error: Invalid username and password.

Answer:  

  1. Make sure that you’re logged in to mCourser.ph and not to mCouser.com.
  2. Check your login credentials [Usernames & Passwords], these are case sensitive.
  3. Make sure that there are no spaces before and after the username and password.

2.)  Why can’t I log in to mLibro?  There is an error message during log in to mCourser.ph.  Error: Invalid username and password.

Answer:

  1. If you are using a desktop or laptop, check the version your unit’s Operating System. If you are using:
    1. Windows Vista, 7, 8.1, refer to this HTV:
    2. Windows 10, refer to this HTV
  2. If you are using mobile devices such as smart phone, tablet and IPADs, make sure that your server is mCourser.ph
  3. Make sure that your login credentials are correct. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive

3.)  Why can’t I log in to my mInstructor account?  There is an error message during log in on mCourser.ph.  Error: Invalid username and password

Answer:  

  1. Make sure that you’re logged in to mInstructor.ph and not to mInstructor.com.
  2. check your login credentials [Usernames & Passwords], these are case sensitive
  3. make sure that there are no spaces before and after the username and password

4.) Why is there only a black screen on the video portion when I assigned to my students the video access inside the Virtual Classroom?

Answer:

  1. Make sure that teacher’s and student’s time zones are the same. To do this, click on the time settings of the unit you are using and choose “Set Automatically”.
  2. Make sure that there is a stable internet connection during Virtual Classroom session.

5.)  I am answering assigned ePages using mLibro app, but the annotations are not automatically saved, why is it not saving?

Answer:

Use the pen tool when making annotations and NOT the highlighter.

6.)  My students informed me that when they’re trying to answer the tasks deployed in the Assignment Tab, this message is appearing “Read-Only”. Why is this happening?

Answer:

  1. The student may have answered past your assigned due date for the activity
  2. If the task has been set for “Single Access Only”, the student may have answered again

Things you can do: In your teacher account, click the option “Mark as Ongoing Again”

7.)  I have assigned a task to my students in the Assignment Tab, they have received a notification, but it is not appearing in their Assignment Dashboard, why is this so?

Answer:

You have assigned the task on a later date than the current date. The assigned task would only be appearing on your student’s Assignment Tab on the Start Date you have indicated when you’re assigning the task. A notification will be sent to student’s account to inform them of the upcoming Task/Assignment.

8.)  Can I attach multiple file in the Messenger?

Answer:

You can only attach one [1] file at a time in the Messenger. Maximum of 70mb per file is allowed.

9.)  What file formats can be uploaded in the Messenger?

Answer:

.doc, .docx, .pdf, .odt, .jpg, .gif, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .mov, .mp4, .ogv, .xls, .xsls

10.)  What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded in Private Collection?

Answer:

70mb

11.)  What file formats can be uploaded in Private Collection?

Answer:

.doc, .docx, .pdf, .odt, .jpg, .gif, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .mov, .mp4, .ogv, .xls, .xsls
